Corn Salad 'Cavallo' - approximately 650 seeds

Corn Salad Cavallo keeps on producing a mass of fresh flavoured, deep green 'lamb's lettuce' leaves. A late summer sowing will guarantee winter salads.

Sow seeds at fortnightly intervals from late summer to late autumn in a sunny position and well drained soil which is in good heart. Sow seeds in drills 12mm (½in) deep and 15cm (6in) apart. Water the young plants during dry spells.

Thin out when large enough to handle to 10cm (4in) apart.

Coriander - Organic - 150 seeds

A quick growing, dual purpose annual herb that is grown for its seeds or fresh young leaves. Coriander seeds are delicious in cakes, and when crushed add an orangey flavour to meat dishes.
